As we reflect on 2020, we can certainly say it was a year of challenge and change. While new normals had to be established, our preparedness was truly tested. This year more than ever, we stayed true to our core values and focused on supporting those that needed us most with both new and steadfast strategies:
- We extended our hours to 5AM to 8PM PST, 7 days a week providing users with unparalleled uptime and little-to-no downtime.
- We continued using our decade-long strategy of using our industrial IoT-based remote support to help customers worldwide.
- We supported social distancing policies by continuing to offer fully automated, future-proof, and upgradeable flow cytometry instruments.
- We attended and exhibited at the first ever virtual CYTO to reach out and connect with users around the globe.
- We promoted more community and intuitive online learning through WORK-FLOW.
We can’t thank our users and the flow community enough for doing their part during 2020. We look forward to continuing our support of them and their research.
As we look ahead to the fast-approaching 2021, we’re ecstatic for our upcoming innovations, releases, and news. So, stay tuned for exciting things to come.
