We are here to help our clients at the CDC, FDA, and other institutions involved in helping with the current crisis.
- We have increased our remote service hours from 5 am to 8 pm PST, 7 days a week.
- In order to ensure the safety of our staff and complying with the “stay at home” order currently in effect in our area, we switched all non-essential personnel to work remotely as required, while ensuring all customer support operations are functioning at an enhanced level.

- Manufacturing will continue to operate normally to ensure timely delivery of consumables and instrumentation. We continue to meet current demand and do not currently expect disruptions to product availability due to production shortages related to COVID-19. Stratedigm field service engineers will be available for onsite support, but may be impacted or otherwise delayed by travel restrictions.
