Warranty

Our S1000EXi flow cytometer and the A600 HTAS are covered by best-in-class two-year warranty. The SE520EXi flow cytometer, A700 HTH, and A800 CI are covered by a one-year warranty. Warranty period starts upon the date of finished installation. After the initial warranty period lapses, users have the option to purchase a service contract which covers all parts and labor.

Service Contracts

Service contracts include unlimited priority support, unlimited remote sessions during business hours, software updates, firmware upgrades, minor hardware upgrades, calibration, and instrument verification.

Preventative Maintenance

Routine preventative maintenance visits are performed at scheduled intervals when the instrument is covered by warranty or service contract. Field service engineers will arrive on-site to ensure that the system is working at peak performance. The latest software and firmware are installed during these visits.

Your warranty includes unlimited priority remote sessions to provide support. Our state-of-the-art remote diagnostics enables us to provide you with the best support possible.
