Stratedigm Warranty, Service, & Support


Our S1000EON flow cytometer, A600 HTAS, and A710 HTH are covered by a best-in-class two-year warranty. The SE520EXi flow cytometer and A800 CI are covered by a one-year warranty. Warranty period starts upon the date of finished installation. After the initial warranty period lapses, users have the option to purchase a service contract which covers all parts and labor. And, our Anti-Obsolescence Guarantee has you covered giving you the ultimate confidence in your Stratedigm instrumentation.

Service Contracts

Service contracts include unlimited priority support, unlimited remote sessions during business hours, software updates, firmware upgrades, minor hardware upgrades, calibration, and instrument verification.

Preventative Maintenance

Routine preventative maintenance visits are performed at scheduled intervals when the instrument is covered by warranty or service contract. Field service engineers will arrive on-site to ensure that the system is working at peak performance. The latest software and firmware are installed during these visits.

Remote Sessions

Your warranty includes unlimited priority remote sessions to provide support. Our state-of-the-art remote diagnostics enables us to provide you with the best support possible.

Upgrades & Updates

All instruments under warranty or service contract include free software, firmware, and minor hardware upgrades. We also take great pride in being one of the only companies to offer an Anti-Obsolescence Guarantee.

We are here to help our clients at the CDC, FDA, and other institutions involved in helping with the current crisis.

  • We have increased our remote service hours from 5 am to 8 pm PST, 7 days a week.
  • In order to ensure the safety of our staff and complying with the “stay at home” order currently in effect in our area, we switched all non-essential personnel to work remotely as required, while ensuring all customer support operations are functioning at an enhanced level.

  • Manufacturing will continue to operate normally to ensure timely delivery of consumables and instrumentation. We continue to meet current demand and do not currently expect disruptions to product availability due to production shortages related to COVID-19. Stratedigm field service engineers will be available for onsite support, but may be impacted or otherwise delayed by travel restrictions.
