Stratedigm would like to thank those of you who took our customer survey! The responses brought some big surprises, so we decided to share them with everyone.
Survey results showed that a whopping 90 percent of our customers are satisfied with the overall value of Stratedigm and our products! In the survey, customers were asked to rank the top three strengths of Stratedigm and they listed “automation options” as Stratedigm’s 3rd strongest trait. When customers ran a few samples or thousands of samples, Stratedigm’s A600 HTAS and A700 HTH fulfilled all their high-throughput cytometry needs. Users found our software, CellCapTure, to be intuitive and streamlined; they accomplished complex automation tasks with just a few clicks. We believe that’s why “ease of use” was voted as Stratedigm’s 2nd highest strength.
