Part 2 of Our Survey Results!

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we would like to once again thank our customers who have always been an integral part of our growth by giving us insightful feedback. In our last newsletter, we unveiled Stratedigm’s top 3 strengths according to our customer survey. Since we have previously presented our strengths, we want to leave no stone unturned and acknowledge what our customers said needed the most improvement: announcements regarding our new product launches. “We found that this problem is somewhat unique to Stratedigm as a lot of the industry is plagued by premature product launches. Stratedigm is first and foremost a research and development company; the main efforts of the team are always focused on product design and customer service, not sales and marketing so it’s natural that our marketing communications has room for improvement,” explained Stratedigm’s CEO, Shervin Javadi.

 

For over 10 years, Stratedigm has been devoted to manufacturing state-of-the-art cytometry instrumentation. As the pioneers of configurable and scalable flow cytometers, the S1000 product line is now the gold standard for analyzers.  Even though product promotions have not been our top priority, we will take steps to improve our marketing communications with our customers because they are our primary focus.
